All meetings, unless otherwise noted, are on the third Thursday of the month at 7.30 pm in Oxenhope Community Centre.

Admission, unless otherwise noted, is £3 for non members, members free. Membership is £15 per year.

19th March John Foley Fantastic Foliage
John will be bringing plants to sell.
John is from Holden Clough nursery, in Bolton-by-Bowland, gold medal winners at RHS Tatton Park in 2011
16th April Neil Timm Astride the garden fence
Neil is the present owner / manager who runs Fern Nursery in Lincolnshire. Neil began his gardening life at The Isle Of Ely College, Wisbech, and has worked in a number of gardens in Lincolnshire and beyond, including over twenty years as a landscape gardener and garden designer.

21st May

Evening visit, 7.00 pm. An evening visit to the Himalayan Garden at Grewelthorpe. The visit starts at 7.00 pm prompt with a 30 minute talk followed by a 90 minutes tour.
Make your own way there. Directions here. Allow 80 minutes for travel.
18th June Social evening Plant sale with coffee and cakes to raise funds for speakers fees.
16th July Evening visit

The Gardens of Gledhow, Oxenhope. Evening visit to three gardens. £5 admission, pay at the first garden you visit, refreshments included. Start at 7.00 pm.

20th August Evening visit An evening visit to Dove Cottage near Shibden. Arrive by 6.15 pm for a prompt 6.30 pm start. Tour then refreshments and finish by 8.30 pm.
Make your own way. Cost of the visit is £7.50

19th November Bob Brown So many plants, so little space
Bob is from Cotswold Garden Flowers
He is a renowned plantsman, speaker and garden writer. His specialist nursery, Cotswold Garden Flowers, is in a remote part of Evesham down a notoriously difficult to find rutted track. He stocks a huge range of unusual perennials – some of which he is bringing for sale. The nursery stocks 12,000 plants so he may have a difficult task choosing which to bring.
